We work hard to keep our fees fair, reflecting the exceptional care we provide. Prompt payment helps us maintain affordable rates for all patients, which is why payment is due at the time services are rendered.

 

We also work with most insurance providers to help make your care more manageable. Our team is available to answer any questions about insurance coverage or financing options, ensuring you receive the dental care you need without added stress.

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance helps reduce the cost of your dental care by covering a portion of your treatment. As a courtesy to our patients with insurance, we will file your insurance claim directly and only require payment of your deductible and/or estimated co-payment at the time services are rendered.

 

Our team is dedicated to helping you make the most of your dental insurance benefits and will work with you to ensure you understand your coverage. We encourage you to keep us updated with any changes to your insurance, such as updates to your policy name, insurance company address, or employment status.

Payment Types Accepted

At Auburn Dental Spa, we strive to make your dental care as convenient as possible. We accept a variety of payment options, including:

Insurance Accepted

We are providers for the following insurance companies:

We will be happy to file all other insurance companies as a courtesy, but co-pays may be higher because we are not in network with those providers.

Care Credit

Additionally, we offer financing options through Care Credit, a third-party finance company, which includes 12-month interest-free plans. Our financial coordinator is available to discuss these options and help you choose the best plan for your needs. Let us assist you in making your dental care affordable and accessible.
