Meet Dr. Litkenhous
Dr. Brad Litkenhous is the owner and lead dentist at Auburn Dental Spa, where he has been providing exceptional dental care since founding the practice in 2004. A graduate of the UAB School of Dentistry, Dr. Litkenhous pursued a career in dentistry due to his passion for working with his hands and his commitment to improving patients' oral health.
At Auburn Dental Spa, Dr. Litkenhous and his highly skilled team are dedicated to delivering comprehensive dental services in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The practice accepts most insurance plans, ensuring accessible, high-quality care for all patients.
In addition to general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Litkenhous is a certified provider of BOTOX® and Juvéderm®, offering advanced facial aesthetic treatments to enhance natural beauty and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. He also specializes in therapeutic BOTOX® for the treatment of TMJ disorders, migraines, and facial pain relief.

Outside the office, Dr. Litkenhous is a devoted husband to his wife, Susie, and a proud dad to their three wonderful daughters — Isabel, Chaney, and Eva. He and his family are active members of Auburn Community Church and love being part of a Christ-centered community — a commitment and mindset he brings into his practice every day at Auburn Dental Spa.
Dr. Litkenhous and his family are also passionate about giving back locally through church outreach, community events, and charitable initiatives that support families and neighbors in the Auburn area.
He believes that caring for people extends far beyond the dental chair — it’s about serving others with compassion, faith, and a genuine love for the community they call home.
